Step 2: No print and no note, but a real engraving in a metal disc hidden in the wax.
Step 3: As the candle burns, the message slowly reveals itself. And when the candle is finished, the engraved disc remains as a keepsake.

GlowNote is not a factory. Every candle is hand-poured and finished in my workshop in the Netherlands. Customers rate us 4.9. Precisely because it’s handmade, we take on a limited number of business orders this season. That way the quality stays exactly what our customers are used to.
Every candle is one from our regular collection: 125 grams of soy wax, around 20 hours of burn time, your choice of nine scents (including unscented), packed in a matte metal tin in a premium tube. Your message is engraved and built into every candle of the order.

Delivered in one shipment to your address. Shipping costs and delivery times outside the Netherlands are confirmed in your quote. Delivery to each employee’s home is available as a custom option, just ask in your quote request. A different message per person (for example with a name) is possible for smaller quantities, at an additional cost. You simply receive an invoice.
For larger quantities we’ll make a tailored proposal.
Order a sample candle with your own message for €15 plus shipping (confirmed in our reply). Light it, watch the message appear and decide afterwards. If you then order 10 pieces or more, we deduct the sample candle in full.
Everything is hand-poured. Once we’re full, we’re full, so don’t wait until November. Request your quote in time and your spot is secured.
The engraved message appears within the first two hours of burning. The longer the candle burns, the clearer it becomes. After around 20 hours of burning, the engraved disc remains as a keepsake.

Yes, it can. Your logo can be engraved in the disc, and it can also go on the label of the packaging. Our advice: combine it with a personal message, because that’s what makes the biggest impression at home. Mention it in your quote request and we’ll include it in the proposal.
Yes, for smaller quantities each candle can have a different message, for example with the employee’s name. This is custom work at an additional cost, mention it in your quote request.

By Friday 14 November. Every candle is handmade, so we work with a limited number of business orders and a fixed deadline. For delivery outside the Netherlands, ask a little earlier. The sooner you request your quote, the more certain your spot.
