These terms and conditions apply to every offer from GlowNote and to every distance contract established between you and GlowNote.
We do our best to present our products clearly, honestly, and accurately. Each product is described to help you make the right choice. Obvious errors (e.g. pricing or spelling mistakes) are not binding.
The agreement is established when you place an order through our webshop and receive a confirmation. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
All prices shown include VAT. Payment is processed securely via the available payment options on our website. Your order will only be fulfilled after successful payment.
We aim to ship your order within the delivery time stated on the product page. In case of delays, we’ll notify you promptly. Orders are shipped to the address you provide.
For non-custom products, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Personalized candles (with your chosen message or design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are made specifically for you.
To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via [insert email]. Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
GlowNote is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products. Always follow the usage instructions, and never leave candles burning unattended.
